OWNERS of the 239 houses acquired by Besraya (M) Sdn Bhd about 10 years ago want the highway concessionaire to fulfil its written promises made at the time.

The owners were promised that each would be offered a low-cost flat unit developed by then landowner KWSP at RM25,000, as well as a RM300 rental allowance for 30 months and a one-off moving allowance of RM1,000.
