i signed a spa to purchase mid-cost apt named named lakesville apt in the township of putra perdana way back in 2002. becoz i was a govt servant n needed some time for my housing loan application to be approved, someone at the developer's office (kenshine corp which is wholly owned by talam) )who handled my file continuously harrassed me. my loan application finally was approved. the housing loan division began my paycut for the loan in ocotber 2004 and that was when my woes began. the developer had advertised that the project was due to be completed by end 2004, when contacted began giving excuses. until the end of 2006, the project's completion is still in the limbo. i have contacted the ministry of housing and filed a formal complaint and have yet to see a positive outcome from it. because of the loan repayment cut for this undelivered apartment, i am facing a lot of hardship repaying my credit cards, my cars have been repossess and even my wife have left me. to the banks i have defaulted my credit card repayments, i am the bad guy. and now i heard that talam is asking for housebuyers at puncak jalil to waive the lad charges. i am very worried. my future is so uncertain...
